Here we are, 5 years later. We have been a bit uninspired lately.

Today we are going to discuss demotivators. Let us first of all give you the definition of demotivators. Demotivators are people that demotivate (duh). They tell you that you cannot or will not succeed in whatever you are doing.

But why do they demotivate? Well they in fact are motivating you! Whether they intend to or not. Confused? Yes we thought so. We all love being praised for what we do, but it doesn’t help us at all. By being praised you will think that you are good enough, you don’t need to work harder to achieve something. However by being told that you cannot do something you will feel underestimated. You will get pissed at the person for thinking less of you. You will get pissed at yourself for letting people believe that you are incapable of achieving your goals.

How about instead of getting all emo you do something about it? Turn all the negativity  into positivity. We know it sounds zen but trust us it works.The result being that you will work harder to prove to everyone that you are worlds smartest person. But more importantly you shall prove to yourself that you are capable of achieving anything you set your mind to.

Today’s lesson ladies and gentlemen is;

When people are being negative towards you don’t kick them in the face. Prove them wrong! And if you don’t.. well you deserve a kick in the face.
